1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings made with EasyStays (“we”, “our”, “us”) for vacation rental accommodation (“the Property”). By making a booking, you (“the Guest”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
EasyStays operates as a property management and booking service on behalf of individual property owners. When you make a reservation, your contract for the rental is formed between you and the property owner, with EasyStays acting as the booking and management agent.
2. Booking and Payment

A deposit of [XX%] of the total booking amount is required to confirm your reservation.

Guests must respect neighbours, local regulations, and the peaceful enjoyment of others.

7. Guest Responsibilities

Treat the property and its contents with care and respect.
Notify EasyStays immediately of any damages, malfunctions, or missing items.

Ensure that all windows and doors are secured when leaving the property.
8. Liability and Insurance
Guests stay at the property entirely at their own risk.
Neither EasyStays nor the property owner shall be liable for any accidents, injuries, loss, or damage to personal property during your stay.
We recommend guests take out travel insurance covering cancellation, personal belongings, and liability.
9. Maintenance and Service
EasyStays reserves the right to access the property at reasonable times for inspection, maintenance, or emergencies.
While we strive to ensure all amenities are in working order, temporary interruptions of utilities (water, electricity, internet) may occur.
No refunds or compensation will be given for events outside our control.
10. Force Majeure
EasyStays and the property owner shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or damages due to events beyond their control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.
11. Personal Data
All personal data collected by EasyStays will be handled in accordance with applicable Maltese and EU data protection laws, including GDPR. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
